Supporting our clients from order to delivery

2016 Jun

Business Development takes the orders. The Production team makes it happen. And Transport Logistics gets it to final destination. But how do we ensure the customer is taken through the journey?

At FORM2000, we believe that customer service forms an integral part of everyone’s role. We’ve decided, however, to formalise our customer interface and processes to ensure best service delivery.

To this end, we welcome Amy Smith this month to the newly created role of Customer Service Manager at FORM2000.

Amy joins FORM2000 with strengths in new systems integration, office management and customer service management, with particular skills around process and logistics management.

Amy will work closely with our Business Development Manager, Ryan Longford, and our production and delivery teams teams at our Melbourne sheet metal factory to ensure continuity of high quality customer support and service from point of order through to delivery.
