People like our new starters, Victor Bendrups and Ryan Longford, who we welcome this month to the roles of Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at FORM2000’s Melbourne sheet metal factory.

Victor is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 25 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing, including 17 years’ experience working in sheet metal manufacturing.

Victor is tasked with driving further operational efficiency across the FORM2000 business to deliver value to our customers, building on his track record of delivering process improvement across supply chain value management, ERP implementation, JIT and KANBAN and various CAPEX equipment installation projects.

Ryan joins us bringing a strong background in B2B account management, most recently with the world’s largest electronic security provider, ADT/Tyco Retail Solutions.

His background in key account management and new business development – product marketing, solution selling, contract negotiation and new business strategy – will see Ryan proactively collaborating with our existing, and new, customers seeking unique solutions aligned to FORM2000’s design and production capability.
